Architecture.
TeamSync is composed in 3 concentric layers — an identity + trust foundation (AccessArc), a regulated content + AI platform, and a capability layer that composes ECM + CLM + eSign + eDiscovery + workflow + IDP on top. Capabilities share data by reference, not by copy.
The 3 layers.
1. Identity + trust foundation — AccessArc.
Identity federation, RBAC + ABAC enforcement, per-tenant envelope encryption, customer-controlled key custody, Merkle audit ledger, multi-region tenancy.
2. Regulated content + AI platform — TeamSync platform.
Intelligent Repository for records-of-record. Document Data Lake for analytics. AI copilot (DocuTalk, Semantic Search, Agentic AI Workflow, Document Summarisation) operating on the platform. Permissions-aware retrieval scoping at every request.
3. Capability layer.
CLM, eSignatures, eDiscovery, Business Process Automation, Business Rules, Document Templates, Metadata Extraction, OCR & ICR, Teams Management + External Portal. Capabilities compose; data shared by reference.
