Acceptable use (summary).

Customers must not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, transmit unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law, or attempt to compromise the service or other customers.


Liability + indemnification (summary).

Standard mutual indemnification on IP infringement; liability cap typically multiple of fees paid; carve-outs for confidentiality breach, gross negligence, willful misconduct.


Term + termination (summary).

Subscription term as in the order form; auto-renewal terms negotiated; data export + return commitments + crypto-shred per the executed terms.
