Term Definition
Agentic AI Workflow A workflow composed of bounded-autonomy AI agents with platform-defined tools, business-rules constraints, and human-checkpoint gates. See capability.
Audit ledger The Merkle-hash-chain log anchoring every regulated event in TeamSync. See Tamper-evident audit pillar.
Citation chip The clickable element in an AI answer that links the cited source paragraph.
Crypto-shred Cryptographic erasure via destruction of the data-encryption key (DEK). NIST SP 800-88 cryptographic erase. See pillar.
DocuTalk TeamSync's permissions-aware grounded-retrieval AI copilot. See capability.
Evidence card The structured record per AI request — model, prompt, retrieved chunks, reasoning trace, output, human-checkpoint outcome, anchored hash.
Federation The pattern of accessing content across multiple source systems with permissions + metadata + audit preserved at the source.

Merkle audit ledger A hash-chain where each event references the prior event's hash; enables tamper detection at root verification. See pillar.
Overlay (compliance) A configuration extension activating per-rule controls + evidence per a regulator framework. See /compliance/.
Permissions-aware AI AI whose retrieval scope derives from the user's RBAC + ABAC permissions at every request. See pillar.
Per-cluster pricing TeamSync's transparent pricing model — per deployment cluster, not per-product per-seat. See pricing.

Solution A capability composition organised around a recurring problem. See solutions hub.
platform The platform layer (records, AI, audit, identity) on top of which capabilities compose.
entry point The first use case that lands a customer on TeamSync; expansion follows from starting point proving out.
