Why can't I see a document I think I should see? Permissions are evaluated per request — your administrator can confirm scope
The DocuTalk answer doesn't look right — what do I do? Click the citation chips to verify; if still wrong, use the in-product feedback button so the model + retrieval can be improved
Can I download my data? Yes — Export → Self-service per your tenant's policy
